山东日照阿掖山食品有限公司创建于1987年，是主要从事水产品、鱼糜、油炸海产品系列产品及鳕鱼、鲽鱼、马哈鱼加工及冷冻、冷藏、餐饮于一体的大型综合性食品加工企业。公司拥有8000平方米符合国际标准的现代化厂房，为生产配套的8000吨现代化冷库，并从国外引进了具有当代国际先进水平的模拟蟹肉、鱼糜生产线、平板冷冻机、蒸煮冷冻机、灌肠机、深去皮机、注水机、制冰机、真空包装机等现代化生产设备。工艺布局合理，加工、消毒、温控、速冻等配套设施齐全，配有专门的食品化验室，可开展常规微生物及理化、水质等项目的检测。产品加工厂地主要分布于日照、北海、厦门等地，在缅甸新开设的国外分厂并在俄罗斯设有分公司，年生产加工各种水产品达20.000吨以上。公司先后通过了输美水产品HACCP注册、输欧水产品注册以及ISO9001国际质量体系认证、HACCP认证等 。
