云南红瑞柠檬开发有限公司成立于1998年6月。目前是中国**进行柠檬深加工的企业，现已在瑞丽市发展了以优质柠檬品种尤力克、塔西堤为主的5万亩种植基地。同时，拥有一个现代化的柠檬深加工工厂。工厂引进意大利、瑞典先进生产线，一期柠檬原汁、浓缩汁、柠檬油加工生产线、鲜果加工线已投入运行，二期柠檬果胶、干片、果渣加工生产线将于今年(2005年)九月投入运行。由此， 形成了以柠檬油、柠檬浓缩汁、柠檬果胶为主导产品，柠檬鲜果、柠檬粉、柠檬干片、饲料等为辅助产品的产品系列 ，构建了从种植、研发、加工到市场营销的完整产业链。
