一、感官要求Sensory Requests
1、本品系新鲜草莓经真空冷冻干燥脱水而成。It’s used fresh strawberry to vacuum freeze dried.
2、形状:不规格颗粒状。Shape: irregular granules.
3、气味:具有纯正新鲜草莓冻干后的香甜味,无其他任何不良气味。Flavor: It should have the typical color and flavor of strawberry, free of off-odors.
4、成品不含任何外来夹杂物,干净卫生。There is no any impurity in the finished products.

4、大肠菌群 Coliforms For domestic 内销<30 MPN/100g, For export 外销<3 MPN/g
5、致病菌 Pathogen Do not be found不得检出
6、农药残留、重金属及其他卫生指标:依据当地政府或进口国相关法律、法规和标准

四、理化要求Physical &Chemical request
1、水分Moisture ≤5%(减压干燥法:70℃,-0.08 ~ -0.1Mpa,4~6小时)。
2、金属探测Metal detecting 金属探测器灵敏度Sensitivity FeΦ 0.6mm,Non FeΦ 0.8mm ,SUSΦ 1.0mm。
五、包装、储存、保质期Package, storage and shelf life
内包装:双层食品级PE袋,热封口;Inner pack: double food-grade PE bags, heat sealed
外包装:无钉粘合纸箱,胶带封箱;Out pack: agglutinate carton without nails, sealed with tape
储 存:20℃下,RH<50%环境下,原装储存;Storage: temperature: ax 20℃,RH <50%.
保质期:上述条件下自生产日起,12个月。Shelf life:12months in above mentioned condition since the production date.
