For hot fill samples with a temperature up to 215° F （102° C）, the Whirl-Pak® high temperature bag is specially made for this application. The FDA approved film is a blend of low density polyethylene ａnd nylon that will hold liquids, solids, sauces, gravies, ａnd other samples having a high temperature. The 18 oz. （532 ml） bag is self standing ａnd does not need a rack or special holder to keep it upright, making sample collection safe ａnd easy. The write-on strip provides an easy place to list sample information on the bag. （Do not put bag in boiling water.）
Capacity is measured in fluid ounces when the bag is closed ａnd tab is folded over three times. Volume ａnd dimensions are approximate. Bags can be frozen to any temperature, even liquid nitrogen – careful handling required after freezing. All bags are sterilized after manufacturing.
